Founded in 2016 and inspired by Chef James’s Nonna, Antonietta (“Ietta”), La Cucina Di Ietta is rooted in authentic Italian tradition—where everything is made from scratch, and quality is never compromised.

Each pizza is handcrafted and baked live for guests, showcasing carefully selected ingredients and time-honoured Italian techniques.

Trained in Italy, founder Chef James has completed professional training with the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana and is a certified Pastaio, having completed an advanced sfoglia course at La Vecchia Scuola Bolognese—bringing true Italian craftsmanship to every event.
